Do you have an interest in fashion and design, but never knew how to express it? Have you ever wanted to experience the fashion industry first-hand, but couldn't find the right way to break in? Has your busy schedule caused you to neglect your creative side?

The Cornell Design League (CDL) unites students with an interest in fashion and design under the common goal of providing opportunities for creative expression. Students of all backgrounds and abilities are welcome to participate in our many activities, including an annual high-profile fashion show. Explore this site to see how you can get involved. The Cornell Design League is proud to update you on the success of our 24th annual runway show. With over 2500 people in the audience (some estimates claimed 3000!), our designers proudly presented their innovative fashions with poise and excitement.

Thanks to the support of FashionWeekDaily.com and The Mini publications, as well as Nina shoes, our runway was clad with professionalism and glamour!

The Cornell Design League will continue to succeed with the support of our highly esteemed alumni network, and the building excitement of our upcoming Silver Anniversary, commemorating 25 years of excellent talent and creativity on Cornell's campus.

Our 24th Annual Fashion Show is THIS SATURDAY! Come see 85 talented designers show their spectacular work on the Barton Hall Runway. 7Pm; Limited engagement at 3PM. For tickets please contact Meg Cross at MAC99@cornell.edu. Tickets can be purchased on campus at: Willard Straight Hall, from any of the designers you see, and Daria's Boutique on Dryden Road.

The Kickoff to Fashion Week was a great success. We had a huge turn out and ended up raising a lot for Alex's Lemonade Stand, for Childhood Cancer Reasearch. Special thanks to Dino's Collegetown for letting us make a college bar into a Downtown fashion scene.

Look out for more fashion week events on Wednesday and Thursday on Ho Plaza. Also, be sure to show a quarter-card or show ticket next time you purchase anything at Daria's Boutique on Dryden to receive 15% off!

The new website is now complete. CDL finally has a real site to call its own.

Work is almost complete on the new website. Just a few more finishing touches to go.

The E-Board met today with some CS 130 students that will be designing our new website! Stay tuned to see how it turns out.
