Small Groups

AAIV Small Groups are an opportunity for students to be transformed by God’s Word and its applications in safe, yet challenging communities. As a fellowship of small groups, we seek to make observations about a passage, interpret what the text may mean in context, and apply these observations and interpretations to our own lives.  These small groups, however, are not just Bible studies.  They are also groups that devote time to prayer, worship, community, accountability, outreach, and more.

This semester, our small groups will be studying the Gospel of John on Friday nights. In addition to these weekly Bible studies, each of the small groups will meet on another day of the week. The content of these meetings is at the discretion of the small group leaders, however they might consist of praise, prayer, activities to help develop a sense of unity and trust within the group, evangelism training, service projects, and/or outreach events.

Whether you are a firm believer in Christ, new to the faith, or are just curious about God, we encourage you to join one of our small groups.  Invite your friends to come along as well.  Each group is co-ed and you are welcome to join any group.
