On October 3rd, Cornell and Ithaca College are holding a ballroom dance competition, where other forms of dance are interspersed throughout the competition. This show is being held at Ithaca College. For more information about this event, you can visit the competition's website.

On Friday, October 16, the Latino studies department is hosting the Latino Studies Unity Performance in the Memorial Room in Willard Straight Hall, in celebration of Latino heritage month. The doors open at 5:30PM with buffet dinner beginning approximately at 6:30 pm followed by the Program beginning at around 7:30 - 7:45.

On Saturday, October 24th, the Society of India is hosting the Diwali Show which is a showcase Cornell's South Asian dance groups as well as other acts put together by Cornell's South Asian students. The show begins at 7pm and is held in Bailey Hall.

On October 30th, the fraternity Tau Kappa Epsilon along with the sorority Delta Delta Delta Sorority are hosting Ithacaid in Statler Hotel. This is a charity event, and the proceeds go to St. Judes children's hospital.

On October 31st, we are performing at the Chinomnso Breast Cancer Charity Event, where all proceeds go to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, a lead organization supporting breast cancer research. This event is from 5-7pm.
