Everybody except Katie is here

1. Friday recap
    Next mixer?
Corn maze - Trumansburg or maybe the one on Hanshaw?

4. Faculty Night Out
"We provide childcare and entertainment, they provide the cash"
APO (Alpha Phi Omega) had one last week at St. Luke's church, can call and check on how that went (although it was there second year and they already have money)
    Potential for fundraising?
    Include field faculty!

Get feedback from participants of events, show rationale for getting funding from Department

More people, same amount of $$ as compared to past year (doesn't work)
Make it clear that we are trying to consider other sources - doing our best with what we have
    Add

6. Survey for faculty members - Yue, Mitch, Casey
Focus on BMES Retreat (in August)

7. WIP - 10/21 1:30PM, Weill 221 - Bobby

Erica Pratt, Alecia Gailey will present; Dr. Doerschuk and Dr. Zipfel

Next one will be 11/10 or 11/12

8. Outreach - Mike
    Prison probably too time-intensive:
Must be 3-credit class, teachers must be certified and have MS or passed their A-exam
    Tutoring
Lots of interest, split into several groups: high school, middle, elementary.
Try to fit program into classroom curriculum
        Charlie Hung has contact information
Meeting next week about to gauge interest
Start early next semester? Beginning of February (again in April?)

9. Food Drive
Interlab (or maybe by floor) competition (small prize for winning group)
    Volunteer at Food Pantry
    Mixer with Weill Institute afterwards?

10. Holiday Party
    Entertainment: antagonizing of faculty, etc.
    Trivia
