4th Annual Big Red Invitational
November 7th & 8th, 2009

Welcome to the new website for the Big Red Invitational! The dates for the 2009 tournament have been finalized. We'll see you all on November 7th and 8th at Cort-Lanes in Cortland, NY.

Updated 11/4/2009 - Oil Pattern for the Big Red Invitational . Attached is a diagram that is similar to the oil pattern for this weekend's tournament. The shot is 43 feet long (not 41 feet as the diagram says). Bowlers should find the ability play both the inside and outside but because of the steep gradient around 8-12, shotmaking and accuracy will still be critical to success. The shot on Sunday will be slightly shorter, which should allow for a better scoring pace on Sunday given the lighter number of games.

New this year is online entry, with the ability to make changes to your roster. Online entry is currently available, although some features will not be implemented until the end of September, 2009. Follow these instructions for online entry:

1. Go to the entry page and fill out the form completely. You can enter up to 3 teams at a time. Make sure to indicate on the form whether you will be sending payment beforehand or bringing payment with you the day of the event.
2. If you do not know your team's roster at this time, please register anyway, entering at least one name (or TBD) for each team. Click the add button to enter additional teams. The amount due should reflect how many teams you are entering.
3. You will choose a password when you register. Once you register, you will later be able to go back and update any roster information or add more teams. You can also check your payment status. This is available on the my school page.
4. Once you click “Submit”, you will receive an automated e-mail confirmation that states you have registered for the tournament. If you need any further documentation, don't hesitate to contact the tournament director.
