Our Members
CAPSU consists of both groups - student organizations and university programs - and individuals, ranging from undergraduate freshmen to professors.
How do you become a member?
Membership of an individual or an organization is granted in accordance to
Constitution III.1:
Full membership for an organization will be attained only upon the attendance of 3 consecutive meetings
What benefits do our members have?
- 1 vote for eaching voting member organization as a whole (III 3.1)
- Any member may call a vote on an issue if the call is taken up by at least one-third of present members, or an officer (IV 3.5)
- Participation in forum for discussion on topics relevant to our community
- Networking opportunity with organizations and individuals such as the Alumni-Student Mentoring Program and Patricia Nguyen
- Workshops on club administration and event planning
- Travel reimbursement to pan-Asian events such as ECAASU
- Education series with opportunities to facilitate a meeting!
