I. Sleepout
A. Day of Service
1. We need someone to handle
the money for the Hunger Cleanup
2. Would we like to have
project leaders for each project
3. Possible projects now
include things with On-Site volunteering, Habitat for Humanity and going
to the Red Cross Shelter.

B. Speakers and Performances
1. We need someone to write
an invitation to Mayor Cohen
2. If anyone knows anyone
in an a capella group who may be interesting in singing at some point during
the sleepout, email Mike, mjm62
3. Erik has volunteered
to get candles and matches as long as Logoís downtown is still open.
C. Candlelight Vigil
1. Bruce suggested having
some sort of statements or intentions read during the vigil.
2. Perhaps this is something
we could work on putting together at next weeks meeting.
D. Panhandling
1. Erik has several old
CCH mugs that they have used to panhandle in the past
2. We still need to get
permits and member information
II. Toiletry collection
A. Erin and Lisa are planning to go
down to Wegmans on Saturday, April 14th and request items as people go
into shop
B. They will be contacting the Wegmanís
manager to get permission to do this
C. A possible alternative is going to
Tops Express
D. If youíre interesting in going with

III. Spring Celebration Luncheon
A. The new plan is to make lunch on
Friday night, April 13th and deliver the pre-made lunches on April 14th
