Quotes from satisified constituents:
"I would like to thank you and your group for volunteering with us this weekend. The work you did for Crossraods Life Center was well done, and your assistance was of great help to the agency, and Mark truly appreciated your enthusiasm and energy. I hope that everyone enjoyed themselves this weekend, and I look forward to seeing your group again next weekend."

"I
just wanted to say that it was a pleasure working w/ your group on
Saturday.
Even though we didn't finish all of the work, I thought that it
was
a great experience for us. We'd like to keep you in mind in the future,
as
we would probably like to do this again sometime."
Sincerely,
James Kim

"...Last
saturday was awesome at the american red cross. i met a little kid name
dylan who was there with his mother. she was there to do laundry. he's
8. there were no toys. i really wanted to talk to him. but i was kinda
embarrassed and he was too. when we finally talked...yay! we did so many
things together. spinning his little watch around (someone gave him a watch,
he was really excited.) we did all kinds of things. um...rock, paper, scissors
and keeping scores. i told him that if i lose i'd do anything he want.
he said he wanted a kitten (aw)..and if he loses, he'd make me a kitten.
i was awfully happy. i would really get him a kitten, too, regardless of
whether i win or lose.
We
also drew on a piece of paper, w/o too many crayons. he drew two kittens,
one for him and one for me. then he put polka dots on mine. chuckles. smiles.
we drew hills and mountains. clouds and all sorts of things. i was kinda
sad when he had to leave. i wanted to ask his mother where they were staying,
so i could really get him a kitten. but i didn't. i didn't want to offend
her...i'm not sure if she was homeless.
Dylan
was awesome.
Thanks
for giving me the opportunity."
