The Cornell Figure Skating Club is open
to Cornell skaters of all levels, and prospective students are encouraged to
contact the Recruitment Chair (Cynthia Peng,
crp34@cornell.edu
or Julie Tucker,
jmt68@cornell.edu).
Since we are a U.S. Figure Skating collegiate club, members may also join the
United States Figure Skating Association through the Cornell Figure Skating
Club. It is necessary to be a member of the USFSA to skate in intercollegiate
competitions, but many students prefer to remain members through their hometown
clubs. If you would like to join the USFSA through Cornell, contact the
Secretary for more information.
If you'd like to become an active
member of the Cornell Figure Skating Club, send your name, contact information,
Cornell ID number, graduation year, USFSA number (if you have one), and
test level to the current
Secretary (Liz Peters,
ehp25@cornell.edu),
and join the mailing list by sending an email to
lyris@cornell.edu with join figure-skating-l "first name last name" in the
body. If you have any questions or problems, contact the list manager at
owner-figure-skating-l@cornell.edu.
