In March 2006 a small group of Cornell students developed Project Kenya in response to an NGO’s need for interactive nutrition education in its curriculum. This Kenyan NGO, ICODEI (Inter-Community Development Involvement), relies on nutrition education as a cost effective, accessible strategy for HIV/AIDS affected, low-resource communities.
