Cornell Juggling Club's Sixth Annual Big Red JuggleFest

Step one: Show up. Here's how:
1. Directions to Cornell University
2. Once you're on campus, you're looking for the Field House or Bartels Hall. Same building, two names. Once you get to the building, you want the Ramin Room (some people know it as the room with the astro-turf and climbing wall). If you walk in the main glass doors to the building, take an immediate right and it's right in front of you. Also, if you're driving, park across the street in the Crescent Lot which sort of looks down on the football stadium. This will be free all day Saturday and Sunday and on Friday after 5pm. If you want to try and get a map of campus ahead of time, click here. By the way, for those of you who came last year, this is the same room. Only this year, there is no football game that weekend so there should be no confusion or traffic problems. Also, if you think you want to spend the night in Ithaca, first ask us for floor space/couches (preferably ahead of time), or look for actual lodging here.
Once you've made it to the room you are an official attendee of the fest. Congratulations. Bring all the toys you want and have a blast. We have the room all day Saturday (before and after the show) and also Friday evening and Sunday morning. There will be plenty of time for fun, games, and maybe even some unofficial combat after the kids go to sleep. I should warn you, if you so much as think about juggling fire or knives on campus, the Cornell Police will stop you 30 miles outside of Ithaca. If you live closer than 30 miles away, they will drive you outside of the city and leave you there to think about what you did.
Saturday will include vendors (we know that at least Todd Smith will be there, bu we're not 100% sure who else, but we will update that when we know) and raffle items (more on this later), awesome t-shirts, games, workshops (if you're interested in teaching a workshop, please contact Nick), and more. Of course, show tickets will be on sale...
We are incredibly psyched about our show, and that means you should be too! Our main act is New Wave Vaudeville which is bringing Michael Menes and Bruce McKenzie Johnson! Check out their website for a cool video and more information. And, as an opening act, we are bringing to you Greg Kennedy and Chris Ivey of Saccade, this summer's IJA Festival Teams Champion! They will be performing their championship routine and some solo acts as well. This whole show is taking place at the beautiful State Theatre in downtown Ithaca. Show time is 8pm, and for those of you who can't drive, or don't want to walk/drive, we will be shuttling people down to the theatre (more details soon). NOTE: We have most likely cancelled this shuttle service due to finances and we think it won't be well utilized. Send complaints to aeb38@cornell.edu -Sorry.
