Joel McHale - March 10th - Bailey Hall


CUPB is proud to announce comedian Joel McHale! Joel stars as Jeff Winger, in the NBC comedy series "Community." In addition, McHale satirizes pop culture and current events each week on E!'s "The Soup."

The W. Kamau Bell Curve: Ending Racism in About an Hour

CUPB Presents W. Kamau Bell, Star of FX’s Totally Biased! Tickets are FREE (and will be available from Willard Straight Hall starting February 13). RSVP to the event HERE.

San Francisco-based socio-political comedian and community activist W. Kamau Bell stars in his own series on FX, Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell, executive produced by Chris Rock. Bell dissects topical issues of race, sex, politics, class, and culture through commentary and comedic sketches.

Jay Pharoah - November 11th - Statler Auditorium


Jay Pharoah, who is currently performing on SNL for his third season, is coming to Cornell! Pharoah is most known for his wide array of uncanny celebrity impressions including President Obama, Will Smith, Eddie Murphy, Denzel Washington and Kanye West, as well as for his recurring character of school principal Daniel Frye.

HitRECord with Joseph Gordon-Levitt - November 18th - Bailey Hall


Joseph Gordon-Levitt (known for his starring roles in films such as Looper and The Dark Knight Rises) will serve as the unique show’s host for the evening, presenting new short works of collaboratively made video, music and writing created by the hitRECord world-wide community of artists. Gordon-Levitt will also direct, and will be performing and interacting with the live audiences in sketches, readings and musical moments — contributed by the hitRECord community. Of course, he’ll encourage audiences to record the proceedings on their cameras, phones and other portable RECording devices. John Oliver - September 8th - Bailey Hall


Everyone's favorite "Senior British Correspondent" is coming to Cornell Saturday, September 8th at 7:30pm! Apart from the Daily Show, John appears in NBC's Community and his own series for Comedy Central, John Oliver's New York Stand-Up Show. Tickets will go on sale Thursday, August 23rd at 9AM. Students are $17 and $19. Only available at cornellconcerts.com


CUPB had three great shows in the Spring 2012 semester: To Write Love On Her Arms founder Jamie Tworkowski, Saturday Night Live head writer Seth Meyers, and Nickelodeon alum and SNL star Kenan Thompson! Thanks to everyone for coming!
