Posters and tickets: Almost done - will be sent to seap for printing. Tickets distributed by next week. 170 tickets to sell. Ask joe for tickets - sell for $7 each and keep track of which # ticket you have. YOU are responsible for any lost tickets or unsold tickets - you will have to pay for them.

Dances: Choreographers go ahead and ask listserve about the songs you're using. People with Vietnamese music collections, PLEASE contribute you music libraries. If no one has the song, responsibility of choreographer to buy the music cd online and get refunded from kim p (keep/print receipt).

Who we are: Cornell Vietnamese Association
consists of Undergrads, Graduates, Faculty and some residents.

Mission: to promote our culture, traditions, and heritage to the Cornell and Ithacan community through our cultural events and community service.

Logistics: Weekly meetings Goldwin Smith Room 162 from 5:00 to around 6:00 but it may spill over into 6:00…afterwards we can all head up to North to eat dinner.
