Vivian Girls, Titus Andronicus …apparently all these guys grew up with Real Estate, forming various band combos since they were wee ones in the state we love/hate to hate/love (you choose). And if a place like that can make music like this? Hell, that’s OK by us.
Real Estate are guys you can straight chill with. A sunny suburban childhood in Ridgewood comes straight through their laid back melodies and jangly geetars and a beat to tap to.
