Sushi night - I <3 Sushi
12/1/07 - Statler Beck Atrium
- Attendance: 200 people
- Volunteers: Over 40 Volunteers
- What We Did: Rolled and served over 200 guests with traditional and modern sushi rolls, both pre-made, and rolled right in front of their very eyes. With the aid of CAPSU (Cornell Asia Pacific Student Union) and Cornell Hospitality Advising, we were able to use the Beck Atrium in Statler, which was decorated with a new york city skyline theme!
Movie night - Wasabi (2001)

- Attendance: Over 20 JUSA members
- What We Did: Watched the movie Wasabi, starring Jean Leno and Hirosue Ryoko on Central Campus. Free for members.
Ennichi 2007
9/15/07 - Ho Plaza
- Attendance: Over 800 People
- Volunteers: Over 50 People
- What We Did: Prepared and served traditional Japanese summer festival foods, such as Yakitori, Crepes, Okonomiyaki, Yakisoba, Cotton candy,etc. to over 800 people over 4 hours! With the support of CU2nite, we kept the entrance fee to $1, and also had performances from Cornell Taiko - Yamatai.

- Attendance: Over 175 People
- Volunteers: Over 30 People
- What We Did: Cooked, rolled, and served sushi of varying types to over 175 people, a record for Sushi night! We also served Annmitsu and Miso Soup, and raffled away t-shirts in a gangster theme.
