Life Raft Debate Event Details:Doors at 4:20pm, event to start at 4:30pm sharp. Are the liberal arts worthwhile? Any philosopher will tell you that the arts are valuable to society, but could they really compete with more practical disciplines like finance or engineering? The audience will vote and decide who earns the coveted paddle award. Logos InfoIn addition to putting out the journal, Logos also sponsors undergraduate reading and discussion groups, as well as events of more general philosophical interest to the Cornell and surrounding communities.
