Our Mission

Our vision as the editors of the Pre-Law Journal is to create a magazine that can bring the Cornell community together and work towards achieving a more politically active campus. We believe that the fields of public service, law, and debate are as much about self-discovery as they are about making a difference in the world. The Pre-Law Journal gives students the opportunity to express their opinions, to inform others of issues important in the world, and to further the advancement of political discussion and dialogue.

Membership

All members of the Cornell community are invited to join and participate in the PLJ. We welcome contributions and creative support from every person in the community, but encourage only undergraduate students to write articles, take photographs, and contribute layout and editing to the magazine. While PLJ seeks insight, ideas, support, guidance from all those affiliated with Cornell, PLJ delights in being a student-run publication.
