Submission Guidelines

If you're interested in submitting an article to the Pre-Law Journal, please follow the guidelines below:

• Submissions should be sent in Microsoft Word format to Jack Cognetta at jc349@cornell.edu. Contact him with article ideas, research topics, and to set up brainstorming sessions. Please allow Journal staff due notice on your article's topic.
• Please use Times New Roman 12 point font for your articles. Remember to use two spaces after periods and double-space your article. Do not include extra formatting.
• Titles and bylines should also be included at the beginning of your article. Again, do not use any extra formatting for the titles and bylines. It saves us a lot of time when we copy the articles onto the layout and convert documents for the web.
