Seven Spirits Kung Fu is the Cornell University division of
Seven Mountains Buddhism and Martial Arts based in Sarira Monastery, MD.
Instruction in Seven Mountains Buddhist cultivation and martial arts is conducted by
Master Tran K. Hoai under the auspices of Ven. Thich Bao Thanh of Sarira Monastery.
At Cornell, the Seven Mountains Sangha (Buddhist community) practice Buddhist cultivation,
rituals, and yoga to generate the heart-mind of compassion (Bodhicitta) for the cessation
of suffering in all Dharma-realms of the sea of Samsara.
Pre-registration before the beginning of a semester is required
to joining our group. Please feel free to contact us with any
