Philanthropy

Tri Deltas throughout the nation have concentrated their philanthropic support toward local research and treatment facilities, camps, and scholarships for children with cancer.   In 1999, Tri Delta formed a partnership with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.  For decades, the hospital has been a leader in research and treatment of diseases affecting children.  Tri Deltas from all over the country can be found volunteering at the hospital and many chapters donate the proceeds of their chapter events to the hospital.

In 2006, Tri Delta made a pledge to raise 1 billion dollars for St. Jude over 10 years.
