• UPA Homepage The UPAs mission is to promote and support the sport of Ultimate and its players, to increase participation in the sport at all levels; to uphold the Spirit of the Game, including personal responsibility and integrity and to provide a framework for players to organize and conduct competition and other activities related to Ultimate.
• The Ultimate Handbook is a guide for Ultimate players of all levels to develop their core skills, learn new strategies, train properly, and just to read the latest news in the community.

• The Buds are Cornell's Premiere Men's Club Ultimate Frisbee Team. The Buds and Roses often go the the same tournaments, and party together. Go to their webpage to see their tournament schedule and results, profiles, history, and more.
• The Shake are Cornell's other Premiere Men's Club Ultimate Frisbee Team.
• Ithaca Area Ultimate Alliance Ithaca's ultimate scene includes regular pick-up, a Co-Ed Club team (Vitamin I), and three college teams. IAUA hosts the Summer League, which began in 2002 and has been growing rapidly in size and level of play. As of the summer of 2005, the competitive league was added for more competitive play for experienced players.
• DiscIthaca DiscIthaca is Ithaca's disc golf club. They are working to publicize the sport's benefits, spearhead the creation and installation of local courses, host fundraising events for the community, bring disc golf to our schools and universities, run leagues and tournaments, and represent Ithaca Disc Golf regionally and nationally.
